Who operates this site
saintamourhealth.com is the website of SaintAmour Health, the independent health insurance advisory practice of Frederic John Paul SaintAmour III, known as JP SaintAmour, of Tampa, Florida. Advisory services are provided directly by JP SaintAmour, a licensed health insurance producer. This is not a lead marketplace: your information is never sold, resold, or auctioned to third parties.
SaintAmour Health also built and operates SmartHealthMatch.com, a consumer brand that matches each visitor with one licensed advisor for their state. Its operator of record is Smart Health Match LLC, and its own disclosures apply there.

How I am paid
Insurance carriers pay me a commission when a policy is issued. Advice is free to you. Commission rates can differ between carriers and products; I am happy to disclose how I am compensated on any plan I recommend. I place both private underwritten plans and ACA/Marketplace plans.
What I am, and am not
- I am an independent, licensed health insurance producer. I am not an insurance carrier.
- This is not a government website. I am not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, or the Health Insurance Marketplace. Marketplace plans are also available directly at HealthCare.gov.
- I do not sell Medicare plans. If you are turning 65, I will tell you so and point you to the right resource.
- I do not provide medical, legal, or tax advice.
- Underwritten private plans require carrier approval, are not guaranteed issue, and may exclude or limit coverage for pre-existing conditions. They are not ACA coverage. Plan availability and benefits vary by state.
- Savings are not guaranteed. Whether one plan costs less than another depends on your household’s circumstances, and every premium is set solely by the carrier.
- Any 2026 price or rule cited on this site names its source and the date it was checked. Prices change; your quote is the number that counts.
Communication and consent
I contact you only after you give express written consent, and only through the channels you chose. You may revoke consent at any time: reply STOP to any text, click unsubscribe in any email, or tell me on a call. I honor federal and state Do-Not-Call rules and maintain an internal suppression list. Where a call is recorded for quality or compliance, you will be told at the start of the call.
