Privacy policy

The short version

I collect only what I need to advise you on coverage. I never sell your personal information and I don’t share it with other marketers. I never ask for medical history on this website. You can opt out of any communication, or ask me to delete your data, at any time.

Who this covers

This policy covers saintamourhealth.com, operated by SaintAmour Health, the insurance advisory practice of Frederic John Paul SaintAmour III (“JP SaintAmour”), a licensed health insurance producer (Florida license G340342, NPN 21146876). SmartHealthMatch.com, which SaintAmour Health also operates (operator of record Smart Health Match LLC), has its own privacy policy.

What I collect

• What you give me on the contact form: name, mobile number, email (optional), state, the situation you pick, how you want to be contacted, and anything you type in the message box.
• Consent records: the exact consent wording version, the time you submitted, and the page you submitted from, kept so I can prove I only contact people who asked me to.
• Basic technical data: the page you arrived on, the site that referred you (host name only), whether you are on a phone or a desktop, how far you scrolled, and whether you tapped a call or booking button. This is anonymous, contains no name, phone, or email, and is used only to understand which pages help people. Standard web-server logs also apply.
• Booking: if you book a time through the calendar on the book page, that form is provided by Calendly and is covered by Calendly’s privacy policy as well as this one.

What I deliberately do not collect on this site

• Medical records, diagnoses, prescriptions, or claims history
• Social Security numbers or financial account numbers
• Any information about children

If a private plan requires medical underwriting, that happens later, directly with the insurance carrier through its own secure application, with your knowledge and at your choice.

How I use it

• To prepare and explain your coverage options
• To contact you in the ways you consented to
• To obtain quotes from carriers you ask me to check
• To meet insurance-regulatory record-keeping obligations

Who I share it with

• Insurance carriers, only when you ask me to pursue a quote or an application
• Service providers that run this website, its forms, my customer-relationship system, and scheduling, under confidentiality obligations and only to operate this service

No one else. I do not sell, rent, or trade your information. Contact-form submissions are delivered to me by Netlify Forms and copied into my customer-relationship system so I can follow up.

Your choices and rights

• Opt out any time: reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or tell me on a call. I keep a suppression list so you stay opted out.
• Access, correction, deletion: email JP@SaintAmourHealth.com and I will honor your request within 30 days, except records I am legally required to retain (such as consent and policy records), which are kept only as long as the law requires and then deleted.
• Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have additional rights, including the right to know and the right to delete; the same email handles those requests.

Security and retention

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled systems. Inquiry records that never become client relationships are deleted after 24 months. Consent records are retained for the period required by applicable law.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party ad trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the booking calendar is loaded from Calendly; each may set its own technical cookies under its own policy.
